the adventure begins ...

first stop -- Iceland
Pete was surprised to find lots of sheep in Iceland;
he appreciated the warm woolen sweaters.

Pete was disappointed that the puffins had gone back out to sea.
He had to be content with puffin stuffies.
Oh well.

Pete heard rumours that the phone book in Iceland was alphabetical by first name.
So he had to check it out.

Dubrovnik, Croatia

Czech Republic
Pete met one of his musical heroes in Prague.

Pete spent a week on a Turkish farm.

In Cappadocia, Pete wanted to pose by an Evil Eye tree
(meant to bring good luck).
It was not lucky for Pete…

Pete visited the ancient city of Ephesus.
It rattled his brain sitting in an amphitheatre that was over 2000 years old.

Pete enjoyed the biscuits at a biscuit factory.
They make them by hand and bake the biscuits over a sugar cane leaf fired oven.

Pete's first stop in SE Asia was a UNESCO World Heritage site in Ayuttha, Thailand.
